Rally booking notes
1. Where the rally is at a show members must book direct with the organizers - The organizers send us a list of members that have booked prior to the event so no further action is required.

2. Club rallies should be booked with our rally manager as identified in the diary - Not with the site unless specified in the rally diary.

3. Please have the courtesy to let the rally manager know if you cannot attend a rally so that the marshals don't waste time waiting for late arrivals that never turn up - The organizers also want to enjoy the rallies!

4. DO NOT ARRIVE ON  SITE BEFORE 2.00PM ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE RALLY

5. If you arrive at a commercial site before the starting date of a club rally be prepared to move your van to another pitch if requested by the rally marshal

Each regional team will arrange one or more rallies per year in addition to our sponsors invitation rallies and the show venues organized by Warner's.

DEFRA Exemption Certificate

Our DEFRA Exemption Certificate is valid for 5 years - This means that we can hold rallies with a maximum duration of 5 days on unlicensed sites.
